Empowering Resilience

In keeping with Paramus Catholic High School’s Wellness Program, Dr. Stephanie Macaluso is thrilled to announce that there are two new additional layers to the program.

One program is the “Resume and Interview Workshop” which will aid students in their preparation for all post-graduation plans. Students will learn interview skills and explore career options through the use of a Naviance inventory.

The second is “Empowering Resilience”, which will teach students how to maintain resilience during and after unsettling times. Teaching moments will include healthy coping skills, introspection, and reflection.

These two programs were developed by Dr. Stephanie Macaluso, President/Principal.  Instrumental in the facilitation was Dr. Lucille Verina, Director of Guidance, and two of PC’s Guidance counselors Ms. Barreto and Ms. Homberg.

The Resume and Interview workshop is open to Juniors and Seniors, and the Empowering Resilience support program is open to all students. Additional details can be found on Parent and Student Blackbaud accounts. Both programs do require parental approval.
