Fortunately, Paramus Catholic High School in Paramus, New Jersey, has created academic pathways, including our business pathway, to assist students as they take the next step in their education. We have created these pathways to help prepare students for college, matching them with courses that align with their interests.

About Our Business Pathway

An interest in business is great for those who want a career that offers a mix of stability, flexibility, and career advancement. The business pathway provided at Paramus Catholic High School helps these individuals get their foot in the door, preparing them with fundamental courses like:

• Analytical or AP Statistics
• Introduction to Business
• Morality Honors
• Speech
• Social Justice

Students will also undertake two consecutive years of a foreign language and will need to take three elective courses to help ensure they are ready to excel in their chosen major. Should you show interest in business on an international level, you will be required to take an additional two years of foreign language courses.

Aside from these course requirements, students interested in our business academic pathway will benefit from internship opportunities. During your senior year, you will be able to complete a related internship that will give you real-life experience and a leg up when it comes to college.

We also know that education can be fun, which is why we are dedicated to providing students with clubs and student activities that match their interests. Our instructors and guidance department will meet with you to help you find which options match up with your educational, personal, and professional goals. We also partner with VHS Learning and Apex Learning to provide supplemental online classes and additional accredited and approved courses, giving you all of the tools you need to jumpstart your entrance into higher education.
