Description: It is critical that students think holistically about college readiness and what it means to be emotionally prepared for the transition out of high school. Whether they are heading to college, taking a gap year, or going into the workforce or military, transitions can be difficult to navigate. This presentation is intended to help students consider different ways they can be successful and emotionally healthy after high school, particularly as schools and businesses have moved to remote education and work due to the pandemic, and to help parents effectively support them during this transition. There will be a Q&A at the end of the presentation.
