COVID-19 Resources

Student athletes learning from home, or all student athletes arriving on a weekend or school holiday must complete the daily screening form. When you arrive for practice or a game the trainer will also temperature scan each athlete. The daily screening forms can be accessed online by clicking here. Student athletes who were in the building for in-person class will have already been screened.
