2025 COOP/HSPT MAKEUP TEST
Testing times are the same as the November 7 administration.
8:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Extended Time 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
REGISTERED STUDENTS
Registered students with a test admission letter do not have to call.
Please fill out the form below to register.
If you are a registered student, your test admission letter will admit you to any makeup site.
There is a $10.00 makeup fee for registered students payable in cash to the school.
The extended time accommodation will be available for registered students
who have received the accommodation (“Code 5” at the top right corner of the test admission letter).
UNREGISTERED STUDENTS
Download, print, and take to the school the “WALK-IN APPLICATION FORM” that is available HERE
Complete the form with student information, with up to three schools where score reports are to be sent.

Test fees for unregistered students:
Test fee - $70.00
Unregistered student fee - $25.00
Makeup fee - $10.00
Total fees due - $105.00
Unregistered student fees are payable by certified check or money order for $95.00 payable to
NJCOOPEXAM or cash.
Personal checks will not be accepted.
Payment must be made before the student is admitted to the test.
The $10.00 makeup fee must be paid in cash at the school.
The extended time accommodation is not available for unregistered walk-in students.
