As of September 1, 2025, any student looking to apply for the 9th grade for the 2025-2026 academic year
must fill out a transfer application.
Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will open September 20, 2025.
Step 1. Complete an Application
Only the PARENT/GUARDIAN should complete an application with the PARENT/GUARDIAN email address.
- If you already have a Paramus Catholic account due to a current or past student, please log in with your current credentials. Do not create a new account.
- For new families, please click Create Account to start the application process.
- Complete the Application. Once it is complete, a checklist of other requirements will appear in your Blackbaud account.
Step 2. To be considered for the Class of 2030, the HSPT results are required for all incoming 9th graders.
Step 3. Complete and submit the Ninth Grade Applicant Form to your child's middle school. The Ninth Grade Applicant Form is a record release for your student's 6,7, and 8th-grade transcripts. The middle school will then forward that information to our Admissions Department.
Step 4: If you plan to apply for Financial Aid, please complete your Financial Aid Application by December 31, 2025.
