Belief Statement

- We believe that authentic Catholic teachings should permeate our school’s curriculum, culture, daily operation, and spiritual life.
- We believe that school activities promoting service and social justice will encourage students to live out the Gospel message.
- We believe that the gender, geographic, socio-economic, ethnic/racial diversity of our school calls us to value the individual dignity of each student.
- We believe that our school must be fiscally sound, as well as provide significant financial aid to keep our school as economically accessible to as many families as possible.
- We believe that our school must include a somewhat diverse range of academic abilities within the student body by accepting and providing services for all students who exhibit the capacity for general, college preparatory work.
- We believe that students should see our school as a sanctuary from violence, disedification, drugs, and harassment and that they should feel safe and a sense of belonging here during and beyond school hours.
- We believe that our school should stand out for its commitment to serve the historical mission of Catholic schools in America; to orient and educate the most recent generations of Catholic immigrants to our country.
- We believe that our students should have access to and master the skills of the latest computer, science, and audio-visual technologies.
- We believe, as the largest private school in New Jersey, and one of the top 1% of Catholic high schools in enrollment nationally, we are called to ensure that our structures, operations, and communications respond to the needs of each individual.
